An industry-leading organisation in the renewable energy and construction sector is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee large‑scale capital projects from planning through to delivery. This role is ideal for a proven leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about driving project excellence.

• Lead multiple construction projects
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to high‑quality standards
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, documentation, and procurement activities
• Oversee and mentor project teams, contractors, and cross‑functional stakeholders
• Manage risk, compliance and regulatory approvals across all project phases
• Act as a key liaison between internal teams, clients, suppliers, and external partners
• Drive continuous improvement to maximise performance and stakeholder satisfaction

• Project management experience in construction or renewable energy
• Exceptional communication, leadership and problem‑solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high‑value projects and diverse teams

You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering major projects that contribute to the UK’s growing renewable energy sector—while working within a collaborative, mission‑driven environment.
