This leading conveyancing entrepreneurial business is requiring a dynamic Sales Director. The Sales Director will play a pivotal role in accelerating growth their conveyancing business. • Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams

• Build strong, trusted relationships

• Shape team structure and future hiring decisions

• Develop and execute annual sales and marketing plans

• Drive targeted growth strategies

• Continually assess performance

• Develop and deliver comprehensive, data driven sales and marketing

• Define the strategic direction for brand, market positioning

• Lead market research, and competitive analysis

Leadership and Operational Management

• Build, lead and develop high-performing teams

• Take ownership of sales and marketing budgets

• Ensure CRM systems are fully optimised

• Oversee all digital marketing platforms

• Implement structured training and development programmes

Sales and Marketing Strategy Execution

• Maintain a strong understanding of the conveyancing market and competitive landscape

• Equip the sales team with high-quality marketing resources

Performance, Insight and Continuous Improvement

• Own performance reporting, setting KPI’s

• Create clear communication channels

• Produce reports identifying target markets
