Operations Director - Elderly Care Services – Surrey · £90,000-£95,000 plus excellent benefits package

This is a senior opportunity for an experienced Operations Director to oversee and scale a portfolio of high-quality elderly care services. Working closely with an experienced and supportive senior leadership team, you will lead on operational performance, quality assurance, financial outcomes, and people development.

You will play a key role in shaping strategy, supporting Home Managers, and ensuring new and existing services are successfully commissioned, embedded and optimised. This role will suit a leader who is comfortable operating at both strategic and operational level — confident driving occupancy, fee growth and margin, while maintaining the highest standards of care and regulatory compliance. • Proven track record in multi-site elderly care operations with experience in commissioning new services, stabilising performance, and scaling quality.
• Commercially astute, strategic operator with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
• Experience in driving occupancy, revenue growth, and margin while maintaining high standards of care and regulatory compliance.

• £90,000-£95,000 salary with excellent benefits package.
