About youYou will understand administration as a central ministry in the church and see this role as a spiritual act of service, as well as a job to be done well.
You will ensure that finance, people, governance, safeguarding and communications function with excellence and integrity.
To achieve this, you will be an experienced leader who has led multi-disciplinary teams. You will have experience working with trustee boards and have a working knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety and GDPR. You will have experience overseeing budgeting and financial controls and overseeing major organisational projects.
