The Contracts manager will be responsible for looking after 2 £ 2 - £10 million Prime Refurbishment/ new builds in Surrey / London. The Contracts t Manager will join a young and hungry team who's desire to push on and become one of the best Prime Resi Main contractors over the next 5 years.

The company The company is currently experiencing a flurry of winning multiple contracts alongside a currently impressive portfolio of jobs. The company are a lean intimate strong team, turn over approximately £15 million with over 15 years experience in the market as a business  more as individuals. They have a great reputation, get to work on some of London and the home counties finest properties and are experiencing good growth.

The Contracts Manager's Role The successful Contracts Manager will be responsible for the program, design, reporting and day to day management. The Contracts Manager - Requirements Prime / High end residential experience Managing multiple £2 million budgets simultaneously Exposure to prime refurbishments  new builds Excellent organisational & team management skills Good computer skills In return £70,000 - £85,000 Pension Travel allowance Bonus Training and guidance Genuine scope for career growth - this would be onto a senior contracts manager with potential for construction director in the future.
