Head Of Vehicle Leasing

We are seeking a highly experienced professional for the position of Head of Vehicle Leasing. Our client is a reputable automotive business based near Guildford, looking to launch a new vehicle leasing division. This is a strategic leadership role offering extensive autonomy, operational involvement, and significant growth potential within the automotive leasing sector.

• Competitive basic salary between £50,000 and £60,000, plus performance bonuses
• Monday to Friday, standard B2B working hours (9:00 am - 6:00 pm)

• Build and lead a new vehicle leasing and contract hire division from inception
• Develop relationships with leasing companies, suppliers, and manufacturers to generate revenue
• Recruit, train, and manage a dedicated leasing team
• Engage directly with customers to promote leasing contracts
• Collaborate with digital marketing teams to establish and enhance the division's online presence
• Drive business growth through proactive business development and relationship management
• Oversee the division's operational activities, ensuring targets are met or exceeded

• Proven experience in vehicle contract hire and leasing sales
• Strong digital understanding of online leasing sales landscape
• Existing industry relationships within vehicle leasing and contract hire segments
• Demonstrable leadership skills with experience in team recruitment and development
• Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive, self-starting approach
• Ability to work autonomously, initiating new business streams as theHead of Vehicle Leasing
• Ideally located within the Guildford area or along the A3 corridor, including Portsmouth or Farnham
