Transport Manager Required

Location: Guildford
Salary: 40,000 - 70,000 + Package

My client is an established groundworks contractor delivering residential and commercial projects across London & The South of the UK.

Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint an Transport Manager to take responsibility for the efficient, safe and compliant management of its transport operations.

The Transport Manager will take ownership of the day-to-day management of the fleet and transport operation, ensuring vehicles, drivers and movements are coordinated efficiently across multiple construction projects.

Working closely with the Directors and Plant Department, you will ensure the business has the right vehicles and resources in the right place at the right time, while maintaining high standards of legal compliance, safety and cost control.

This is a hands-on position suited to someone who understands the demands of transport within a busy groundworks, civil engineering or construction environment.
