Fletcher George is delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded and ambitious accountancy practice in Guildford to recruit an Audit Manager for its growing Audit team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm known for delivering outstanding client service while offering genuine career progression, flexibility and a collaborative working environment.

You'll work with a broad portfolio of entrepreneurial businesses, large regional companies, private equity-backed organisations, charities and international groups, gaining exposure to technically challenging audits across a wide range of sectors. You'll also have the opportunity to build your expertise in both UK GAAP and IFRS, with full support to further develop your technical knowledge.

This is a genuine management role with responsibility for leading audit assignments, managing client relationships, developing your team and overseeing the successful delivery of a varied portfolio. Whether you're already an Audit Manager or an ambitious Assistant Manager ready to step up, you'll be given the autonomy and support to progress your career.
