Surrey Technical / Senior Technical Manager Residential & Education Background Committed to design and perfection, one of the UK’s leading residential developers is looking for a Technical Manager to be based in and around Epsom and Dorking.

A multi award winning PLC are looking for an experienced Technical Manager / Senior Technical Manager with experience working on education and residential builds. Reporting directly to the Technical Director, you will be overseeing several projects including a new build school.

You will be responsible for:

To be conversant with project design responsibilities matrix and appointments relating to services they are responsible for Communicate with the design team regularly promoting effective communication between all design team members

Keep Technical Director constantly appraised on all current project development Input into new land opportunities

Tender, take instruction and manage site surveys and production of written reports use on their projects against the project delivery programme

Resolve all day to day problems as they arise by preparing solutions thereto and, where appropriate, liaising with the Technical Director for approval

Must Have:

The ideal candidate will already be working for a developer but individuals from contractors will also be considered.

You must be currently working as a Technical Manager / Senior Technical Manager.

You must have experience working on educational projects.
