Hygiene Manager

The company An established and highly respected manufacturing organisation is seeking a Hygiene & Site Services Manager to lead a business-critical function during an exciting period of operational development and succession planning. This is a leadership opportunity for an experienced people manager who can build capability, create accountability and drive continuous improvement across a large operational environment. Working as part of the site leadership team, you will provide direction and support to specialist teams responsible for hygiene, environmental and site-service activities.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and developing a multi-disciplined team Driving a culture of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, policies and procedures Managing operational performance through KPI measurement and review Supporting site-wide improvement initiatives and business priorities Partnering effectively with stakeholders across multiple departments Building organisational capability through coaching, development and succession planning The candidate We're looking for a credible leader who can bring structure, clarity and direction whilst developing a highly engaged team.

You could come from a variety of operationally focused environments where standards, compliance and performance are critical. Experience leading teams, improving performance and managing specialist resources will be essential.
