Sheet Metal Worker

We’re looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Worker / Ductwork Fabricator to join our growing factory team. This is a hands‑on role working primarily on ductwork, ventilation systems, and kitchen canopies
, all manufactured in-house.

You’ll be working in a well‑equipped fabrication workshop producing high‑quality sheet metal products, including:

• Rectangular and circular ductwork
• Kitchen extract canopies
• Bespoke ventilation components

You’ll be expected to work from drawings, fabricate accurately, and take pride in the finish and quality of your work.

• Fabrication of sheet metal ductwork and ventilation products
• Working with galvanised steel, aluminium, and stainless steel
• Reading and interpreting fabrication drawings
• Operating workshop machinery (folders, rollers, guillotines, etc.)
• Maintaining a tidy and safe working environment

Essential:

• Proven experience in sheet metal fabrication
• Strong background in ductwork manufacture
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail and quality

Desirable (but not essential):

• Knowledge of Raydan or similar CAD/CAM software
• Experience producing bespoke or non‑standard fabrications
