Are you a skilled Paint Sprayer looking to take your career to the next level? My client, a well-established commercial vehicle maintenance and repair organisation, is seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer to join their expert Southampton Bodyshop team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Carry out high-quality vehicle body repairs and paintwork to manufacturer standards.
Prepare vehicles for painting, ensuring all surfaces are correctly treated and finished.
Mix and match paint colours to ensure precise results.
Work efficiently to meet productivity and quality targets, following Thatcham repair methods.
Complete all job-related paperwork clearly and accurately.
Collaborate with a supportive and skilled team in a well-equipped workshop environment.

What We’re Looking For:

A recognised vehicle body repair or paint refinishing qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
Minimum of three years’ post-apprenticeship experience as a Paint Sprayer or Bodyshop Technician.
A Full UK / Irish / EU Manual Driving Licence.
A strong eye for detail and a commitment to delivering excellent results.
A proactive attitude with enthusiasm for ongoing learning and skill development.
