Our client, a fast growing innovator in the sports nutrition industry, is looking for a Social Media & Partnerships Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the brand’s voice across multiple platforms, build high impact media partnerships, and work closely with ambassadors, athletes, and influencers in the endurance and performance space.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of our client’s social media strategy, content creation, and partnerships, aligning all activity with wider brand and marketing objectives. Your mission: grow brand awareness, drive community engagement, and tell stories that inspire audiences worldwide. This role is pivotal in connecting the brand’s purpose with the global endurance community and creating authentic, lasting relationships with followers, creators, and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute a multi-platform social media strategy aligned to brand goals.
  • Manage the content calendar for product launches, campaigns, and community initiatives.
  • Oversee the Social Media Executive and ensure consistent, on-brand storytelling.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with media outlets, influencers, athletes, and ambassadors.
  • Curate compelling social-first content, including video, UGC, and live event coverage.
  • Track performance metrics, deliver insights, and optimise content for organic growth.
  • Negotiate deliverables with creators and manage budgets for influencer campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the paid social team for cohesive organic and paid strategies.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience managing social media and influencer marketing, ideally in DTC, sports, active lifestyle, or performance brands.
  • Deep understanding of all major social platforms and their nuances.
  • Strong creative direction skills with an eye for engaging, brand-consistent storytelling.
  • Confident in managing creator relationships and measuring ROI.
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and organisational skills.
  • A proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
