The Role This role will drive demand generation and digital marketing activity, creating campaigns that reach the right audiences, generate engagement, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns across SEO, PPC, email, social media and content. Create compelling content and campaigns including emails, blogs, social posts, case studies, whitepapers and landing pages. Build targeted audience experiences through CRM segmentation and personalised email campaigns. Use data to drive decisions, monitoring campaign performance, identifying opportunities and continuously optimising results. Turn insights into action, producing clear performance reports and recommendations that improve campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate across teams, working closely with Marketing, Business Development, Design and Solutions to bring campaigns and projects to life. Own projects from concept to delivery, keeping activity organised, engaging stakeholders and ensuring everything lands on time.
About You:
We’re looking for a creative, curious and commercially minded digital marketer who enjoys combining great ideas with data. You’ll bring: 2–4 years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally across SEO, PPC, email and social media. Strong content creation and copywriting skills, with a natural ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels. Experience using CRM, CMS and analytics platforms, including tools such as Google Analytics.
A data-driven mindset, with the curiosity to test, learn and continually optimise campaigns. Strong organisation and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working collaboratively across teams.
