Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, individualised care to patients with a wide range of acute medical conditions.
- Carry out holistic patient assessments, develop care plans, and deliver safe, effective interventions.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, families and the wider multi-disciplinary team.
- Support junior colleagues, students and healthcare assistants as part of your role.
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to audits, quality improvement, and governance activities.
- Uphold the NMC Code and the Trust's values—demonstrating integrity, openness and professionalism at all times.
