We are opening our 8th state‑of‑the‑art SACT unit at our Guildford Centre and are growing our team of experienced Oncology Clinical Nurse Specialists, specifically in Lung cancer. Deliver personalised care where it matters most.

As part of our ongoing commitment to expanding access to high‑quality cancer care across the UK, the new service will provide patients with access to a full range of essential cancer treatments including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and cellular therapy in a modern, purpose‑built environment. The centre will also become a research centre, enabling suitable patients to access innovative drug regimes that may not be easily available elsewhere.

This is a unique opportunity to work within a highly specialised oncology environment, delivering expert, compassionate care in a brand‑new service.

As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will act as a Key Worker for patients, coordinating care and providing expert clinical guidance throughout treatment. You’ll work closely with consultants and the wider MDT to ensure a seamless, personalised patient experience.

• Act as the primary point of contact for patients throughout treatment
• Deliver holistic assessments and personalised care plans
• Provide specialist advice and education to patients and families
• Run nurse‑led clinics and support MDT decision‑making
• Coordinate care pathways and support transitions between services
• Contribute to service development, audit, and quality improvement

• Registered Nurse with relevant oncology experience in the relevant specialist area
• Experience in cancer care in breast/ colorectal/ upper GI/ lung
• Strong communication and patient advocacy skills
• Ability to work autonomously and within an MDT
• Evidence of continued professional development
