Senior Staff Nurse

Guildford Hospital | Nursing | Bank | Part Time

Up to £26.54 per hour depending on skills and experience

Qualifications:

Registered with the appropriate governing body, hold relevant qualifications including NMC, post‑registration experience, knowledge of mentoring and multi‑specialty surgical procedures, and ideally qualifications in teaching, assessment, and management.

• Lead by example and be an ambassador for the Nuffield Health way of caring
• Recognise talent and nurture junior colleagues, mentoring them to be the best they can be
• Use excellent clinical skills and an empathetic approach to meet each patient’s needs
• Enjoy autonomy to make decisions that ensure excellent patient care
• Provide day‑to‑day supervision, including clinical supervision of junior nursing staff and students
• Contribute to scheduling and rotas, recruitment, induction, performance reviews and training
