This is a full‑time, on‑site Property Manager position located in Guildford. The Property Manager will oversee the management and maintenance of a property portfolio, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities include coordinating property repairs and maintenance, conducting property inspections, managing tenant relationships, resolving disputes, ensuring rent payments, and preparing reports for property owners. Exceptional customer service and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently are key to success in this role.

• Skills in property management, tenant relations, and maintenance coordination
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in property management
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and administrative skills
• Problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Prior experience in property management or a related field is preferred but not required as we have a well‑equipped training programme
• A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle is advantageous
