Leasing & Resident Services Executive – Guildford – £28k + Comms

We are recruiting for a resident facing and leasing-focused opportunity within a premium residential development in the heart of Guildford.

As a Leasing & Resident Experience Executive, you will play a key role in driving occupancy while delivering exceptional service to residents.

• Conducting property viewings and converting enquiries
• Managing the full lettings journey from enquiry through to move-in
• Completing Right to Rent checks and reviewing references
• Managing inbound leads and maintaining accurate CRM records (Salesforce)
• Working closely with the Lettings Manager to ensure apartments are market-ready
• Supporting and building rapport with residents
• Supporting and helping with resident events
• Supporting resident enquiries and resolving issues professionally
• Managing parcels, keys and visitor logs
• Preparing and delivering clear shift handovers

This role requires someone commercially aware, confident closing deals and comfortable working towards occupancy targets.

• 1st Week Mon
  - Sat 8-5, Sat 9-6
• 2nd Week Tues – Fri 11-8

Flexibility required for occasional bank holiday cover.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a hospitality/hotel or property background
• Someone with a genuine interest in Property and developing a career
• Is target-driven and commercially minded
• Is very IT and tech savvy
• Is highly organised and proactive
  
  Has strong communication and customer service skills
• Is comfortable using CRM systems

This is not purely a front-of-house role — it requires someone sharp, proactive and genuinely motivated by leasing performance.

• £28,000 basic salary
