This is a full-time, on-site position based in Guildford for a Sales Negotiator. The role involves working closely with clients to facilitate property transactions, marketing properties, coordinating viewings, negotiating sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the process. The Sales Negotiator will also collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales objectives and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Proven experience and understanding of Estate Agency or relevant property sectors
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues
• Experience in Sales or Lettings, with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
• Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the local property market in Guildford and surrounding areas is advantageous
