The Clink Charity is an award-winning rehabilitation charity dedicated to reducing reoffending and helping people build brighter futures through training, mentoring and employment opportunities.

Our new Clink Café at Guildford Crown Court provides vulnerable and at-risk young people with hands-on hospitality training, accredited qualifications, and real-world work experience that helps them progress into employment or further education.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef Trainer to lead our training kitchen and support young people who may be NEET, at risk of offending, care-experienced, or facing additional barriers to learning.

Working alongside the Café Manager and Youth Support Worker, you will operate a commercial café kitchen while delivering practical hospitality training, mentoring, and support to help young people gain confidence, qualifications, and employability skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operation of a commercial training kitchen.
• Prepare and serve high-quality food while maintaining excellent food hygiene standards.
• Train, mentor and support young people in hospitality and catering skills.
• Assess learner progress and contribute to accredited City & Guilds qualifications.
