This role offers far more than day-to-day sales — you’ll be helping customers create beautiful outdoor spaces while building a rewarding career in the luxury retail sector.

OTE £35,500 (£27,500 base + up to £8,000 annual commission)

Hours:

9:30am – 5:30pm (Sundays 10am – 4pm), 5 days per week on a rota including weekends and spring/summer Bank Holidays

The Role

* Work closely with the Showroom Manager and wider team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

* Provide a first-class, consultative customer experience from initial enquiry through to purchase.

* Present and demonstrate premium teak furniture and outdoor living collections with confidence and enthusiasm.

* Develop in-depth product knowledge to confidently advise customers on features and benefits.

* Contribute ideas in sales meetings and support initiatives that drive showroom performance and growth.

About You

* Proven experience in premium, specialist, or luxury retail sales.

* Naturally confident in engaging customers, understanding their needs, and closing sales.

* Warm, personable, and relationship-driven.

* Holds a full UK driving licence with reliable transport (essential).
