Bank Stock Controller Assistant – Band 2
Healthcare Partners Limited (HPL) is seeking a Stock Controller Assistant (Bank) to join the Material Management Department. This practical, hands‑on role will involve ensuring that physical resources are delivered efficiently and timely. You will provide essential customer service to both internal and external users, handling enquiries and offering advice and support, always striving to meet their needs effectively.
Please note that Healthcare Partners is unable to offer sponsor ships and you will be required to work on-site at the Royal Surrey Community Hospital, so you must be within a reasonable commuting distance.
This role involves physical lifting and requires excellent customer service skills. This role requires you to cover Royal Surrey Foundation Trust and Ashford & St Peters Trust (options available).
ResponsibilitiesProvide stock control, including stock rotation and replenishment service for an agreed range of consumables used by customers and to support end users in accordance with HPL and Trust policies. Ensure safe disposal and/or relocation of surplus, redundant and obsolete stock.
- Participate and assist in stock takes, year‑end counts and amendments as required.
- Assist the Receipt and Distribution team as required.
- Undertake any other tasks which are deemed appropriate by the Supervisors, Supply Chain Manager or Director of Procurement.
