• Deliver exceptional customer service by leading from the front and living our brand values.
• Act as a role model for Stylists, supporting, motivating, and guiding the team to achieve personal and store KPIs.
• Take responsibility for store operations during key trading hours, including opening and closing procedures.
• Support the Store Management team with daily tasks, floor leadership, and operational duties.
• Ensure high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards are maintained at all times.
• Coach team members on product knowledge, styling, and customer experience.
• Assist with deliveries, stock organisation, and stockroom standards.
• Help to create a positive, inclusive, and high‑performing team environment.

• A passion for the Levi’s brand and a strong alignment with our values.
• Experience in a retail environment with responsibility for sales targets and KPIs.
• Confidence leading and supporting a team on the shop floor.
• Strong customer service skills with a proactive, solution‑focused mindset.
• Ability to take ownership, make decisions, and remain calm in a fast‑paced environment.
• A collaborative approach and willingness to support store management where needed.
