Basic salary:£29,702.40 + excellent company benefits
Hours:Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm | Alternate Saturdays, 8:30am–12:00pm (as per rota)

As a Parts Advisor in our dynamic team,you’llbe working in a fast-paced environment, supporting trade customers by providing exceptional service andaccurateparts advice.

What You’llBe Doing:

• Handling inbound parts enquiries and orders via phone and online platforms

• Accuratelyidentifyingand sourcing parts to meet customer needs

• Using available promotions and offers to meet team and individual targets

• Looking for opportunities to upsell or add value in a helpful, customer-focused way

• Keeping your product knowledge up to date through regular training and company resources

• Building strong, positive relationships with customers and internal teams

What We’re Looking For:

Youdon’tneed motor trade experience to join us –we’llprovide full training. What matters most is that youare:

• Experience in a customer facing role

• Confident working with computers, systems, and online platforms

• Committed to delivering excellent service and enjoy working as part of a team

• Organised, have a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach

• Comfortable working to targets and sales objectives

• Willingness to engage in regular training and professional development
