Retail Store Supervisor

The Role

We are looking for a full-time Supervisor who has a passion and flair for customer service to join our store in Guildford on 35 hours per week. The role involves offering an exceptional customer experience that is welcoming, genuine and in line with our brand values.

You must be able to work well in a team and thrive on pressure. Reacting to change in a positive but calm way and maintaining professionalism is key. Availability on weekdays and weekends, with late nights occasionally, is required. Ideally, you have a passion for retail, experience managing a team, and a natural interest in health & wellbeing – you should be eager to share your wellbeing journey, tips and advice with your team and our customers.

• Have co‑responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of a standalone store
• Drive forward sales and company objectives
• Assist the Store Manager with payroll, rotas, stocktakes, and reports
• Support stock management at the off‑site stockroom, unloading deliveries, and sending stock to the store
• Take full ownership of the store and team in the Store Manager’s absence
• Lead by example and support your team with daily tasks
• Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping, cleanliness and visual merchandising are upheld
• Organise and support in‑store and field events to promote NEOM as a brand while working with partnering businesses
• Train current and new team members
• Proactively identify ways you can contribute to the wellbeing of our planet, our colleagues, our community, and our customers

• At least 1 year minimum experience in a Retail Supervisor role
• Experience in the Health & Beauty Industry
• A passion for wellbeing
• A love of customer service and the ability to inspire colleagues
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Someone who thrives in a collaborative and supportive team
