Location: East Clandon
Yankee Candle in Guildford (The Friary) seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in bringing the brand to life in store, and to help set the standard for how the brand is represented by every member of the team.
You will lead on coaching and developing the shop floor team, build product knowledge into engaging storytelling, drive customer experiences, and sustain high standards in merchandising, stock and presentation in a fast-paced environment.
