Store Manager, Retail & Store Manager

Quest Search & Selection is currently recruiting for this lifestyle retailer who has become a global brand and has been established for more than 70 years. They offer a wide range of luxury gifting, accessories, bags, and are currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager for their flagship central London boutique. As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in co-ordinating the daily operations of the store and leading the daily activities of the sales team on the shop floor.

Responsibilities of this Assistant Manager
- Manages and coordinates the daily operational activities of the store Providing an exceptional customer service experience to all customers Many any stock take and inventory/wastage queries Be knowledgeable & participate in training for all products (current and new) and selling benefits. Attains monthly sales goal and delivers increases in other KPI goals including conversion rate, ATV & UPT’s Coordinate any vm guidelines or store moves.

Assists the Store Manager with training sales associates. To be successful in this Assistant Manager – 1-2 years  experience in a retail leadership role. You must have management, team leader/supervisor/keyholder or senior sales level experience Ideally you have experience in a customer focused retail environment whether that is health & beauty, leisure fashion, gifting etc other premium or luxury settings.
