• Engage the local community daily through residential door‑to‑door sales
• Collaborate with your manager to create effective sales and territory plans
• Identify, negotiate, and win new customers each day
• Deliver excellent customer experience and product knowledge at every door
• Strive to exceed KPIs and targets to benefit from uncapped commissions
• Use all available tools to build healthy pipelines and gather customer data
• Build relationships with peers and key stakeholders across all business units

You will also be well supported to further your career! You’ll work closely with other like‑minded Field Sales agents who also want to win, grow, and develop. Your Sales Manager will support, help, guide and develop you, and we provide excellent sales training and a clear career development pathway.

Please be aware: A clean full UK driver’s licence is required and this role will require a clear DBS check prior to starting.

• Previous experience in sales and winning new customers
• Experience of door‑to‑door canvassing within the telecoms, utility, or charity sectors

• £25k per annum basic salary
• £5,400 per annum car allowance (£450 per month)
• £15k uncapped commission paid monthly
