Car Sales Executive – Prestige Dealership

£25,250 Basic | £46,350 OTE + Company Car
Full Time | 5-Day Week (Monday–Saturday)
Hours: 08:30 – 18:00

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Car Sales Executive to join a prestige dealership in a customer-focused, high-performing sales environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and working towards clear sales targets.

The Role

You’ll ensure every customer feels valued by fully understanding their needs and matching them with the right vehicle and options to suit their lifestyle. From initial enquiry through to finance, handover, and long-term retention, your focus will always be on total customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and developing relationships with customers, maintaining regular contact
  • Prospecting new business via phone, email, and showroom walk-ins
  • Delivering a seamless, end-to-end sales experience
  • Accurately maintaining customer records within the CRM system
  • Keeping product knowledge current and relevant
  • Providing exceptional customer service to encourage loyalty and referrals
  • Operating the full sales process from enquiry through to repeat business
About You

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 1 year’s experience in automotive sales
  • Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills
  • Confident working to targets in a performance-driven environment
  • Organised and methodical, with excellent attention to detail
  • Honest, professional, and ethical in your approach to sales
  • A proactive and tenacious attitude with a desire to succeed
  • Team-focused, collaborative, and supportive of colleagues
