• The successful Area Sales Manager will be responsible for promoting and specifying their range of gas water heaters, storage solutions, space heaters, air source heat pumps and solar thermal systems.
• You will targeting commercial projects (sites with high water consumption) such as; schools, sports & leisure, hotels, care homes, food & beverage, restaurants, salons.
• You will be tasked with winning and tracking specifications with M&E consultants / contractors and influencing approved installers / contractors ensuring where possible the companies state of the art products are installed.

My client have been established for over 100 years and are part of a large group with subsidiaries all over the world. They are innovative and supply the commercial market with high quality commercial HVAC products offering high quality, energy and cost effective products to commercial buildings and construction products.

I am looking for a strong commercial candidate that has sold HVAC products via specification into M&E contractors / consultants / architects.
