Our client, a privately owned dealership in Guildford is recruiting for an experienced car sales executive.

This dealership offers the opportunity to represent one of the most iconic and personality-driven brands in the automotive market, combining the brands strong customer loyalty and premium positioning with the reputation and support of the established dealer group, creating an exciting, high-energy environment where ambitious Sales Executives can thrive and maximise their earning potential.

What You’ll Do as a Sales Executive:

* Engage customers with a consultative and friendly sales approach

* Match customers with the perfect vehicle, whether petrol, hybrid, or electric

* Represent vehicles that combine advanced tech, stylish design, and affordability

* Guide Motability Scheme customers through a seamless and supportive buying journey

* Work towards monthly sales targets and earn generous commission

* Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and professionalism

What We’re Looking For in a Sales Executive:

* Previous experience in Car Sales, dealer environment

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* A passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience

* Self-motivated with a positive, proactive attitude

* Full UK driving licence required
