New Homes Sales Negotiator
Based in East Horsley, Surrey
Basic salary: £20,000 – £25,000
OTE: £30,000 – £40,000
Our Client has a great opportunity for a Sales Negotiator to join their busy New Homes sales team in East Horsley.
A minimum requirement of one year of experience is required. We invite applications from forward‑thinking and ambitious individuals, both maintaining the status as one of the top selling agents in the area and having the passion and drive to collectively increase success to the next level.
- 1 year Sales Negotiator experience
- Ability to demonstrate a proven track record
- Good people skills
- Passion for selling houses
- Chance to work for a market‑leading agent
- Manage electronic data and e‑mails and ensure all client files are updated
- Register requirements and details of potential clients and applicants
- Must have a driving licence
