Parts Advisor

Our client, a well-established car dealership group in Guildford, is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join their dynamic team. • Competitive basic salary of £29,000 per annum, with a realistic OTE of £39,000
• Working hours from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with only 1 in 3 Saturday mornings
• 22 days holiday plus bank holidays and a birthday day off

• Manage parts sales efficiently within the dealership, ensuring excellent customer service
• Verify invoices and process parts orders accurately and promptly
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and workshop technicians
• Maintain stock levels, organise parts catalogue using Kerridge drive system
• Support senior parts staff and assist in departmental goals
• Contribute towards achieving profit targets and driving the success of the parts department
• Support continuous improvement of parts availability and service quality
• Assist in stock management, ensuring a well‑organised, profitable parts operation

• Proven experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within a main dealer environment
• Strong knowledge of parts sales, stock management, and customer service principles
• Familiarity with Kerridge drive system is advantageous but not essential
• Ability to verify invoices efficiently and deliver exceptional service
• Motivated, target-driven, with the ability to work effectively within a team
• Previous experience working with franchise or main dealer parts is desirable
