🚗 Car Sales Executive – Guildford

Uncapped Commission | OTE £50,000 - £70,000

Can you sell ice to a penguin? Probably not... but can you sell the right car to the right customer? That's what really matters.

We're looking for a motivated Car Sales Executive to join a successful dealership in Guildford. If closing deals gives you a buzz, objections are just "opportunities in disguise", and you know that "I'll just have a think about it" usually means "I need another coffee"... then keep reading.

Whether you're already selling cars or you've smashed targets in another sales environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

🚘 Helping customers find their perfect next car (without needing to use Jedi mind tricks).

🤝 Building genuine relationships that create repeat business and referrals.

📞 Following up enquiries, handling objections, and keeping your pipeline moving.

🎉 Delivering handovers that leave customers excited to drive away.

💷 Hitting and exceeding targets... because commission looks much better in your bank account than on a spreadsheet.

What We're Looking For

* Previous sales experience is essential.

* Car sales experience is a bonus, but personality, drive and determination matter just as much.

* Someone who enjoys talking to people and isn't afraid of a challenge.

* A positive, resilient attitude (because not every customer buys on the first visit!).

* A full UK driving licence.

What's In It For You?

💰 £14,000 basic salary

💸 Realistic OTE of £50,000 - £70,000 with uncapped commission

🚗 Company vehicle available (if you'd rather not keep admiring them from the showroom window).

🏖️ 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.

🅿️ Free onsite parking for demonstrator vehicles.

Hours

* Monday-Friday: 9am-6pm

* Saturday: 9am-5pm

* Sunday: 10am-4pm (1 in 3 Sundays)

* Five-day working week.
