Car Sales Executive – Guildford. Uncapped Commission | OTE £50,000 - £70,000

We are seeking a motivated Car Sales Executive to join a successful dealership in Guildford. If closing deals is your passion and you view objections as opportunities, we want you.

• Help customers find their perfect next car.
• Build genuine relationships that create repeat business and referrals.
• Follow up enquiries, handle objections, and keep your pipeline moving.
• Deliver handovers that leave customers excited to drive away.
• Hit and exceed targets, with commission enhancing your earnings.

• Previous sales experience is essential.
• Car sales experience is a bonus; personality, drive and determination matter as much.
• Enjoys talking to people and is not afraid of a challenge.
• Positive, resilient attitude.
• Full UK driving licence.

• £14,000 basic salary.
• Realistic OTE of £50,000 - £70,000 with uncapped commission.
• Company vehicle available.
• 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.

• Monday-Friday: 9am-6pm
• Saturday: 9am-5pm
• Sunday: 10am-4pm (1 in 3 Sundays)
• Five‑day working week.
