Car Sales Executive – Guildford
Uncapped Commission | OTE £50,000 – £70,000
What You’ll Be Doing- Helping customers find their perfect next car
- Building genuine relationships that create repeat business and referrals
- Following up enquiries, handling objections, and keeping your pipeline moving
- Delivering handovers that leave customers excited to drive away
- Hitting and exceeding targets through uncapped commission
- Previous sales experience is essential
- Car sales experience is a bonus, but personality, drive and determination matter just as much
- Sincere enjoyment of talking to people and willingness to take on challenges
- A positive, resilient attitude
- Full UK driving licence
- £14,000 basic salary
- Realistic OTE of £50,000 – £70,000 with uncapped commission
- Company vehicle available
- 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
- Company benefits package
- Free onsite parking for demonstrator vehicles
- Monday – Friday: 9am – 6pm
- Saturday: 9am – 5pm
- Sunday: 10am – 4pm (1 in 3 Sundays)
- Five‑day working week
