Rayner Personnel is seeking a driven New Homes Sales Negotiator for East Horsley, Surrey. The role focuses on welcoming buyers, qualifying leads and guiding them through viewings and reservations, with a strong emphasis on customer experience.
Salary includes a basic range of £20,000–£25,000 plus commission and performance bonuses, with realistic OTE of £30,000–£40,000. Working hours are Mon–Fri 8:30am–6pm, with Saturdays on a rota. A great progression path is highlighted for the right candidate.
