Duties of a Car Sales Executive:

Assisting customers in selecting their ideal vehicle, ensuring a positive sales experience
Contacting potential buyers via phone and email to generate leads and appointments
Conducting face-to-face vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Providing expert advice on vehicle features, technical specifications, and pricing
Evaluating trade-ins and appraising used cars accurately
Organising test drives and gathering customer feedback to enhance service delivery
Representing the dealership at sales events and maintaining high standards of vehicle presentation
Building rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships and maximise sales opportunities

Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:

Proven experience in car sales within the motor trade
Excellent face-to-face customer care and communication skills
A full, clean UK driving licence
Immaculate presentation and a professional attitude
A genuine passion for sales, with a proactive approach to achieving targets
