Duties of a Car Sales Executive:

• Assisting customers in selecting their ideal vehicle, ensuring a positive sales experience
• Contacting potential buyers via phone and email to generate leads and appointments
• Conducting face-to-face vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Providing expert advice on vehicle features, technical specifications, and pricing
• Evaluating trade-ins and appraising used cars accurately
• Organising test drives and gathering customer feedback to enhance service delivery
• Representing the dealership at sales events and maintaining high standards of vehicle presentation
• Building rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships and maximise sales opportunities

Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:

• Proven experience in car sales within the motor trade
• Excellent face-to-face customer care and communication skills
• A full, clean UK driving licence
