Free on-site parking About the Role We are currently recruiting for Appointment Setters to join an established and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Telesales or Appointment Setter who is confident speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers and enjoys working towards targets. The role will involve making outbound calls to businesses, engaging with senior-level contacts and securing qualified appointments for Field Sales Representatives.

You will be provided with training on the relevant products and services, but you will need to be confident absorbing new information and discussing it professionally and persuasively over the telephone.

Key Responsibilities Making outbound B2B calls to business owners and senior decision-makers Building rapport and establishing relationships over the telephone Understanding the client's products and services and confidently communicating their benefits Persuading prospects to allocate time for a face-to-face meeting with a Field Sales Representative Identifying and qualifying suitable opportunities Ensuring appointments meet the required quality standards Working towards individual and campaign targets Maintaining accurate records of calls and appointments Taking feedback on appointments and using this to continually improve performance About You The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience within telesales, appointment setting, B2B sales or a similar outbound calling environment.
