We are seeking a highly motivated Car Sales Executive for a well-established dealership in Guildford. • Basic salary of £24,000 with uncapped OTE reaching £55,000+

• Assisting customers in selecting their ideal vehicle, ensuring a positive sales experience
• Contacting potential buyers via phone and email to generate leads and appointments
• Conducting face‑to‑face vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Providing expert advice on vehicle features, technical specifications, and pricing
• Evaluating trade‑ins and appraising used cars accurately
• Organising test drives and gathering customer feedback to enhance service delivery
• Representing the dealership at sales events and maintaining high standards of vehicle presentation
• Building rapport with customers to foster long‑term relationships and maximise sales opportunities

• Proven experience in car sales within the motor trade
• Excellent face‑to‑face customer care and communication skills
• A full, clean UK driving licence
• Immaculate presentation and a professional attitude
• A genuine passion for sales, with a proactive approach to achieving targets
