- £45k-£50k basic salary
- £12k uncapped commission scheme (paid monthly)
- With the top performers earning £1,500-£2k per month in commission
- £7,000 car allowance, laptop, mobile and pension
Territory:
South East & South Central
- A field-based territory sales role promoting a leading range of roofing products and accessories
- Promoting a comprehensive portfolio that includes breathable and non-breathable roofing membranes, dry fix systems, eaves and brick ventilation, and cavity products
- You’ll be winning new and developing existing relationships with national and independent building and roofing merchants
- Strengthening relationships and increasing product awareness through product training, trade days, toolbox talks and dual visits
- Supporting your merchants by influencing of roofing contractors and developers, with all business back-sold through your account base
- You will already have field sales experience from within or around the construction industry
- Experience selling through merchants and distributors would be advantageous, but not essential
- With a proactive, self-motivated and target-driven approach, together with strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A stable career history and desire to build a long-term career within construction sales would be advantageous
