- Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm Experienced B2B outbound telesales executive needed for an immediate start in Daventry. Cold calling, lead generation and appointment setting. £15.00 per hour, weekly pay, temp to perm. We’re recruiting 3 x full time outbound telesales staff for a busy call centre in Daventry. This is pure outbound new business. No account management. No inbound.

Your role High volume outbound B2B cold calling Lead generation and appointment setting Qualifying business customers in the energy, car leasing and telecoms sectors Using a dialler and CRM system Hitting daily call and appointment targets What you’ll need Proven experience in B2B outbound telesales, telemarketing or cold calling Lead generation or appointment setter experience Confident, resilient and target driven Comfortable with diallers and CRM systems Able to work fully office based in Daventry (no hybrid or remote)
