As our Motorrad Parts & Accessories Advisor and Sales Support, you’ll be at the heart of the action, working across Parts, Service and Sales to help riders find everything they need to make the most of their BMW Motorrad experience. From recommending the perfect accessories and rider equipment to creating eye-catching showroom displays and supporting online sales, no two days will be the same.

You’ll combine your enthusiasm for motorcycles with your customer service skills and commercial flair to create memorable experiences, spot exciting sales opportunities and help bring the BMW Motorrad brand to life. Your hours: 44 hours per week, Tuesday to Friday, 08:00–18:00, and Saturday, 08:00–17:00.

• Create memorable customer experiences by delivering outstanding service across Parts, Service and Sales, bringing the premium BMW Motorrad experience to life.
• Turn passion into sales by helping customers find the perfect motorcycle parts, accessories and rider equipment to enhance every ride.
• Be the go-to expert for customer enquiries, identifying the right products and providing friendly, knowledgeable advice in person, over the phone and online.
• Keep our Sales team moving by supporting Sales Executives with accessory and rider equipment enquiries, managing orders and ensuring customers get exactly what they need.
• Bring the showroom to life with eye-catching accessory displays and beautifully presented motorcycles that inspire customers and showcase the best of BMW Motorrad.
• Make our online presence shine by creating engaging vehicle listings, capturing quality imagery and video content, and ensuring products are showcased effectively across our online platforms.
• Turn online interest into sales by managing customer enquiries and transactions efficiently, keeping communication clear and ensuring a smooth purchasing experience.
• Keep stock moving by spotting opportunities to promote ageing stock, maximise product visibility and reduce obsolete inventory.
• Get creative with promotions by supporting marketing campaigns, events and initiatives that generate excitement and drive sales.
• Keep everything running smoothly by maintaining accurate stock records, handling payments securely and following dealership procedures.
• Be a team player by working closely with colleagues, suppliers and external partners to deliver an efficient, professional service.
• Make a real commercial impact by contributing to sales and profitability targets while maintaining a safe, organised and welcoming environment.

Skills & Experience

• A full UK motorcycle licence and a genuine passion for all things motorcycling.
• Confidence and capability in moving a range of motorcycles.
• Strong communication skills, whether face-to-face, over the phone or in writing.
• Good mechanical or electrical knowledge of motorcycles. Confidence using IT systems and e-commerce platforms, with the ability to create engaging online listings.
