Permanent, Full-Time Reference: WR99125 An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a successful independent Estate Agency in Guildford with salary adjusted according to experience and ability. This role would suit a confident residential sales professional looking to build their career within a respected Surrey agency. The successful candidate will have strong negotiation skills, a proactive approach to generating business and a clear understanding of the residential sales process.

Some listing experience would be helpful. Registering buyers and matching them to suitable properties Conducting property viewings Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors Generating new business opportunities and applicant leads Assisting with market appraisals and valuations where required Progressing agreed sales through to exchange and completion Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers Providing regular vendor feedback and market updates Working to and exceeding sales targets Maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records Contributing to office growth and local market presence What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
Experience as a residential estate agent essential Strong sales and negotiation skills Good understanding of the residential sales process Listing and valuation experience beneficial but not essential Excellent customer service and communication skills Positive telephone manner and professional presentation Ambitious, self-motivated and target focused Knowledge of the Guildford area advantageous Full UK Driving Licence essential Professional and ethical approach to Estate Agency Is this the role for you?
