• Providing a visible and professional security presence within store
• Delivering world class customer service to customers and colleagues
  
  Helping prevent loss, theft and anti-social behaviour
• Using store technology including body-worn cameras and mobile reporting systems
• Responding calmly and professionally to incidents and emergencies
• Maintaining a safe environment by identifying and reporting hazards
• Supporting compliance with company policies and legal requirements

We’re looking for individuals who are approachable, professional and passionate about customer experience.

• A valid SIA Licence
• Previous security experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A calm and professional approach in challenging situations
• Energy, enthusiasm and a proactive mindset
