Sussex Police is seeking a Custody Detention Officer to join its forcewide custody teams. The role involves ensuring safety and comfort for arrestees, visitors and staff, with training in law, conflict management, first aid, and fingerprint/DNA collection. You will work across custody suites in Guildford, Staines or Salfords and may travel to other sites as needed.
You must be reliable, patient and have good people skills, with IT competency to enter data into secure systems.
