Multi Trade Operative – Guildford

Clarion Housing Group is seeking an experienced Trade Operative with knowledge in multiple trades to provide high quality service across Guildford and surrounding areas.

40 hours per week |

Contract:

Permanent | Salary: £36,000 – £41,000 plus vehicle, tools, bonus scheme, and regular overtime.

• Carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works, and property MOTs across specialist and secondary trades.
• Ensure work is performed efficiently and meets required deadlines.
• Provide excellent customer care and maintain service standards.

• Valid UK driving licence (company vehicle provided for work use only).
• Experience in carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling, flooring, and roofing.
• Basic criminal record check clearance.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship available.
• Must reside in England or Wales during employment.
