This isn’t just another install job – it’s an end-to-end engineering role where you’ll take ownership from rack build and system installation right through to programming and commissioning. You’ll work alongside talented designers and PMs to bring technically demanding and visually stunning projects to life.

Whether it’s a Control4‑powered townhouse, a Crestron‑led mansion, or a Lutron‑lit penthouse – you’ll be the expert behind the experience.

• Strong track record delivering AV projects in high‑end homes
• Confident with programming:
  Control4, Crestron, Lutron, Savant, KNX, or Rako
• Deep knowledge of AV signal paths, control systems, and IP networking
• Skilled in interpreting schematics and delivering meticulous, clean installs
• A team player who takes real pride in their craft

• A salary package of £45,000 – £60,000, based on your expertise
